The exclusive Interview of the Day: Lisa Sauermann

Lisa Sauermann is a research mathematician whose IMO performance is currently the third best in IMO history, with four golds and a silver. She was also the only contestant to achieve a perfect score in 2011. Having received her PhD from Stanford, she is currently at the Institute for Advanced Study and will be taking an Assistant Professor position at MIT. Her research focuses include extremal and probabilistic combinatorics.
